Font Finder AI (fontfinderai.salarypitcher.com) is built around a simple promise: images you run through the font finder never leave your device. This policy explains what we do (and don't) collect, in plain language.
Images and identification
The font identification runs entirely in your browser. The image you upload or paste is decoded with the browser's canvas APIs and compared against a pre-loaded signature index served with the page. We have no server that receives, stores, or processes your images, and the tool makes no network request containing them.
Data we collect
The site is static and server-rendered. We do not require accounts and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only data stored on your device is:
- your theme preference (light or dark) in
localStorage, set by the theme toggle; and - normal browser caching of the static site and the font signature index.
Fonts and external services
Specimen fonts are loaded from Google Fonts when you view the library or results. Loading a web font causes a request to Google's font servers with your IP address, subject to Google's own privacy policy. We do not control or have access to that data. Where we link to third-party foundries or font sellers, their sites are governed by their own policies.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (such as server log counts of page views) to understand which pages are useful. These do not include image content, per-user identifiers, or cross-site tracking.
Children
The service is general-audience and not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
